These martial-arts-inspired techniques can be learned and utilized by anyone. Workshop leader, Izolda Trakhtenberg has been a practicing martial artist for almost 40 years. She began with Karate and transitioned to the more internal styles of Tai Chi and Aikido. She holds a black belt in Tomiki-style Aikido as taught by Sensei Roma Strathman.

A note from Izolda: Let’s be honest. To look at me, you would not think I would be a martial artist much less have the confidence and ability to teach these skills to workshop participants all over the world. And that’s the beauty. No matter our shape, size, or age, we can all master these techniques. We can all use them to succeed as leaders and as people.
