Writing takes much longer when you have to walk instead of sitting still. So, I had to record into my phone and go voice to text. It takes longer, but it’s worth it to get my legs back in working order.
And then, I had to deal with the stress and anxiety that cropped up from the flareup. The last time it got bad, It took years to heal. I had to learn how to make myself a priority. I had to explore how to stop working and take care of myself.
Now, I try to be proactive. I find preventative care is the only thing that works for me (a combo of self-massage, e-stun, arnica, IR, and moving). I don’t want to get to the point where I am doing triage. Rather, I want to be proactive and active and meditative and intuitive when it comes to my mental, physical, and emotional health. For me, those are the hallmarks and the pathways to success.Share this page.
