Severing ties
Today’s power words were tough to write. I am cutting away behaviors, activities, and thoughts that don’t support my highest goals. But those patterns have ingrained themselves into me. The grooves are there and are hard to buff out.
Today, I realized I have to do it. In order to focus on the path of my highest goals and best success, I have to release all the stuff, all the detritus, that doesn’t support it.That might mean I spend less time with certain people. It might mean I spend less time on activities that once held a lot of allure. That might mean that I spend less time on, “Fun.”
