      1. Are the counts too slow or too fast? I can make another video that will address the issue once I know which one it is. 🙂

        Regardless, a good rule of thumb is to breathe for a count of four at a comfortable speed, hold for a count of four for the same length of time, and release for a count of four for the same length of time. What people often notice is that they are tempted to inhale slowly but exhale more quickly. And the key here is to keep everything as consistent as possible.
