The podcast with Cyndi Recker was worth the listen! As a mother of three, I do care a lot about our environment and healthy living but it can be so overwhelming as to where and when to start. I have a lot of other priorities I need to take care of and can’t focus on this right now… However, after listening to the podcast, I am motivated to take action. I really like Cyndi’s approach to taking “small steps” that will make a difference, and focusing on 1-3 things that are most important! Categories like the food we eat, our home, or our lifestyle.. and working on it for the next 3 months. Her simple ideas are practical and easy to implement. This new perspective is very empowering.
