Is it worth the risk? You bet it is.
I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about risk-taking. I’ve also been doing a lot of thinking about finally, finally following your dreams. So many of us accept the mantle of responsibility too early. And then we wear it, all day, every day, for the rest of our lives.
But what about those dreams? When do we get to follow them? And if we don’t start today, when will we?
Another way to look at it is which is the bigger risk? Is it the bigger risk to strike out and start or to never begin at all and spend your life wondering?
It doesn’t have to be a huge step. It can be a tiny, minuscule step forward, but if you do even a small thing to start on the path of following your dreams, the dam will burst, and you will be free.
It will burst I believe that. As a person who works at a slower pace, many people and including myself at times, don’t see me doing anything or working towards anything until the dam bursts.
