Do these three things tonight.
1. Turn off your phone and other electronics 30 minutes before bed.
2. Grab a journal or a piece of paper and a pen and get in bed.
3. Write the 3-3s.
1. 3 things you accomplished today (size doesn’t matter).
2. 3 things you want to accomplish tomorrow (again, size doesn’t matter. Just make them concrete and measurable.
3. Three things you’re grateful for (Acknowledging your blessings raises your mood, will help you sleep, and will help you achieve even more tomorrow).
