Make things better
Is life handing you a bowl of poop soup? Kvetch, complain, moan, whine, all you want. But do it to yourself and get it out of your system. And then? Go and do something about it. That’s how we fix things. We do it one step at a time. We do it by not giving up. We do some tiny, small thing to make things better for ourselves, or for friends and loved ones, or sometimes for perfect strangers. The expression of frustration is important. But let’s use it as a tool, as a battery for our energy to make change. Make it small. Make it concrete. Get a real grip on what it is that you can do, right now, and then go do it. The more we make the steps realistic inside our own heads and hearts, the more we will achieve.
