Falko Mortiboys is the VP of Fan Experience at DICE, a leading music discovery, and digital ticketing platform. Prior to joining DICE in 2021, Mortiboys worked in the world of sports for the legendary Manchester United Football Club. His mission was to bring fans closer to the Club and the Club closer to its fans using data insights & customer relationship management. Over the course of ten years, Mortiboys conceptualized and executed award-winning global fan engagement campaigns while developing insights, research, and an analytics ecosystem. Before Manchester, Mortiboys worked at BBC Global News, managing their web and social analytics which covers 30+ language sites and 100+ syndication partners. He managed large-scale global primary qualitative research projects across 5 continents and regularly presented insights on global BBC World Service radio. Born in Germany, Mortiboys now lives outside London.
