I love this card (and not just because I love weddings and it’s a card that depicts a wedding bower). It is just so happy. It’s the activity involved in either setting up a celebration or downright partying down.

Take a moment today and rest on your laurels. Celebrate where you are. List and rejoice in your blessings and once you’ve done that, you get up and move on. 

The thing is that wherever you are, you are in process. Nothing is a stopping point. Rather, it’s a brief rest stop, even if in the moment, the rest stop of your day more resembles, a dank, dark, abandoned asylum rather than lovely flower-filled meadow, it is all only temporary. You will pass through this, as well. The happy happy joy joy and the dank, dark basements are two sides of the same rolling coin. So, take this time to chill and reset and you’re good to go.

I think of this card as a set of stairs. You are about to move to the next phase. Let’s look at it from the perspective of a relationship: if you are single, you are about to meet someone. If you are with someone, you are about to date exclusively. If you are dating exclusively, you are about to move in together. If you live together, you are about to get engaged. If you are engaged, you are about to get married. And the list goes on.

So, celebrate where you are, good or bad, today. Regardless of which it is, soon, it will be a memory because you will be moving on to the next thing.
